This course is designed to reinforce students knowledge of the fundamental concepts they will need to understand in order to succeed in Pre-Calculus. Part 1 of Pre-Calculus Credit Recovery focuses on the algebraic concepts crucial to Pre-Calculus.
Throughout this part, students focus on a variety of functions and their applications. Topics covered include working with functions, complex numbers, solutions to polynomial equations, exponential and logarithmic properties, systems of equations, and matrices. Through analysis and practice of these concepts, students gain the skills necessary to succeed in this Pre-Calculus course.
Part 2 Description
This course is designed to reinforce students knowledge of the fundamental concepts they will need to understand in order to master Pre-Calculus. Part 2 of Pre-Calculus Credit Recovery focuses on the trigonometric concepts crucial to Pre-Calculus.
Throughout this part, students focus on a variety of trigonometric concepts and their applications. Topics covered include angles and the unit circle, trigonometric graphs, functions, identities and equations, sequences and series, vectors, and conic sections. Through analysis and practice of these concepts, students gain the skills necessary to succeed in this Pre-Calculus course.
